Massage is about ‘touch’. This treatment dates back to the beginning of man and has come through the centuries. Massage involves a series of techniques which helps to relax the body and mind, it is stated that 70% of modern day conditions are stress related.  

Regular massage may help to relieve stress, tension, tiredness, aching joints, headaches, insomnia, digestive issues and emotional related conditions.

The basic technique is based on the Swedish therapy but if needed I will add other techniques like trigger point work, this will help release tension build-up in the muscles or a very gentle massage to disperse the lymph that causes swelling in the body due to trauma.
